Vicks in Vapor

hmm, last night something just struck my mind while i'm facing with my blocked nose and throat...how to get rid of it and cleared it away. suddenly i remembered that on the Vicks manuals, which i read it while i'm a kid (as i loved to read any pamphlet which came with an item we bought), that vicks can be used in vapors and inhaled the vapors which is diluted with it..

i used to do this method when my friend claimed that he can't breath and to be true, he is getting dead that night in my car if me and dazrul didn't rush to the hospital. even one whole car, passenger and driver will die due to speedy driving through the corners and i'm driving on the right lane as in america.. what a night! even the hospital gave him oxygen and they suspected us have been taking something which i surely think is the alcohols. and I just answered truthfully that we just drink AIR MASAK.. haha..just close that me and dazrul come to a great laugh, but we managed to control it.. after reaching to our house, my friend still cant breath well enough. and i gave him balm diluted with hot water and asked him to inhaled it. and it helped him much..

Then this came into my mind. using the 5 ringgit aromatherapy bowl-in-scent which lighted with candles, i still can achieve somewhat near to the vapor method. so i rushed into my sister room and search for the candles and bowl, as she is the one that bought it :). clean the bowl and put in some vicks and pour in water until it's full. the light it in my room and i just lay down on my bed and try to sleep.

truthfully, i didn't think it will give me any big difference because this tiny thing in a room... after laying down for 15 minutes i guess, i felt that the mucus is going down to the throat and my nose does feel free to breath again. Yeah, it worked!!

tonight i will do it again.. seroot2 no more tonight...
