Kimchi

It's the korean pickles I think. bit of salty and hot. in the cold part of the korea, they made it hotter. this is to make the body warm after consume it. but in the less cold part of korea, they tend to make it more salty, this is to make the kimchi don't get rotten easily.

but recently, me and my sister made it ourselves, by referring to the recipe in the news paper which she had kept it so long. the taste is a bit hot. when we eat it, we can feel the warm in our body. it is a good try, maybe we can make it more in the future. we still have it some in our fridge though. it's fasting month now, we just couldn't dare to try to eat it much.
